Baumgartner, Inc. is an independent testing, balancing, and commissioning company incorporated in the State of Maryland. It is owned by Joseph E. Baumgartner, III P.E. President and Valerie K. Baumgartner Secretary/Treasurer.

We specialize in providing unbiased, professional, testing, balancing and commissioning of HVAC systems in commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities. Realizing that this can only be accomplished by remaining independent and maintaining the highest standards of the industry both in instrumentation and personnel, we are active, certified members of the Associated Air Balance Council.

Our approach is “system” and “team” oriented. We look at the whole picture with all members of a project as active participants.
